On the ground floor you will have:

• the kitchen, equipped with oven, dishwasher, large cooking hob, fridge with small freezer and eye level cooking fire for barbecue.
  A door leads to the furnished loggia
• a shower room with washing machine, wc, etc
• a nice dining room with old rural tools on the wall
• a very spacious sitting room
  with large fire place

Spiral stairs lead to the first floor where there are:

• three double-bedded rooms.
  One having outside steps
  to the garden
• one twin bedded room that on request can be provided with an extra bed (or if you prefer as a fourth double-bedded room)
• two bathrooms, wc, etc.
